Every agency has three or four questions nobody wants to ask out loud. Chaos Cards asks them for you. Everyone answers privately, then all the answers go up at once and you work through them together. Forty minutes later you've got the problems named, an owner on each, and a date.
One person opens a session and shares the code. Everyone joins on a phone or a laptop, in the room or on a call. The platform deals ten cards at random from six categories, so nobody gets to steer it towards the thing they already wanted to talk about.
Two minutes a card. Everyone writes their own answer and nobody sees anyone else's until the whole room's in. That's deliberate. You get what your team actually thinks, not what they say once the boss has gone first.
Every answer goes up at once and you talk through them out loud. Where the answers don't match, you've found something. You agree what you're doing about it, put a name and a date against it, and the platform emails the whole team a month out, two weeks out, and two days before it's due.
Chaos Cards is in private beta. We're letting a small group of agencies run the workshop with their own leadership team - free - in exchange for honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.
